Five short films present the work of talented male and female filmmakers of different genres. The animated film Dear Dad reveals a long unresolved issue between a father and daughter. Sisters depicts the uniqueness and difficulties of the sibling bond. The Adam Basna Project documentary follows the footsteps of a prominent Lebanese dancer who set out to find his true essence despite social conventions. The feature film Con Spiro tells the story of a mother and two sons who, in a time of uncertainty and distress, easily fall into paranoid ideas about the system that controls them. The film Vinland draws the viewer into the work environment of illegal immigrants who leave their native land with the hope of making a better living in Prague.
