Here we go. Comrade Purš is the director of Barrandov, Comrade Toman is the dramaturgical director. Continued normalization. Boring, boring, grey, grey. It would be hard to find a film that would stand out in quality above the film fallow of that time and thus fill this block of memories dramaturgically. But still... The second film adaptation of Robinson Crusoe, based on a girls' novel by Maria Majerová, set in the 1930s. And the first big role of 16-year-old Miroslava Šafránková, who has to cope with the sudden departure of her mother. In her imagination, she takes refuge in the literary figure of Robinson Crusoe, who also overcomes the pitfalls of his fate in solitude. Against all odds... a happy ending. To top it all off, there is a distinctive musical accompaniment by Zdeněk Liška.
